I think often around 5/6/7mo.

The bit about the "light at the end of the tunnel" made me think to drop this off. Just in-case you hadn't seen it. :)
short naps at 3-4 months? Take it easy, it will get better!

Agree with Katie, DS had better naps after 6ish months. DD just had silly sleep until she was 1 year or so.  ::)
Short naps are such a pain! Hugs!
