Title: Best bottles for Omneo Comfort?
Post by: Jasperc163 on November 23, 2005, 19:42:16 pm
I have just put my 5 wk old baby on Omneo Comfort (she is fed a mix of expressed and formula) as she has mild reflux and is very windy. I have been using the Haberman feeder up til now but am worried it is taking too long for her to get the thicker feed (she is getting bored before the end).

Anyone here feeding Omneo with the Haberman? Also obviously i will have to move onto a bigger bottle at some point soon - does the Dr Brown work with Omneo Comfort? If so which teat?

Thanks alot
alice

I feed William with Omneo Comfort with Dr Browns bottles with number 2 teats - and have done since he was about 7 weeks old. It works really well!
If you do use them can I recommend though that you dont put the vent tube in the bottle until you are ready to feed as the thickness of the milk can sometimes cause it to congeal inside the tube in the fridge and block it so that the bottle doesnt work properly.

Omneo Comfort is made by Cow and Gate and is freely available in supermarkets here in the UK.
I'm not sure its available where you are though but I bet there is an equivalent  - hope someone can help you soon xxx
