OK, so just need some input about the following: Lizwe is 8 months old..
one hour after waking and bottle, we have baby cereal with some fruit. Another bottle about 4 hours from the last(11ish), and then another 4 hours from the last(3pm) etc...one hour after the 3 pm bottle he has cereal, fruit and veggie. Then at 7 pm he has another bottle and then to bed. Thats it till the next morning. I am not sure if I should be giving him snacks during the day, or if I should be giving him cerefruit/veg at lunch as well? Whenever we are eating our dinner etc, he always stands up and lets us know that he wants what we have. is this a sign? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,
I would say that Lizwe is telling you he'd prefer to eat an evening meal too!
My lo is 6 months and this week started on his 3rd meal per day, although he did start solids early due to poor weight gain. Our routine looks something like this:
7.00 wake & bf
8.00 breakfast solids
9.00 sleep
11.00 wake & bf
12.00 lunch solids
1.00 sleep
3.00 wake & bf
4.30 sleep (catnap)
5.30 wake & dinner solids
6.00 bath & bedtime routine
7.00 bf
7.30 bed
10.30 dreamfeed
At each solid meal, Tyson will take at least 4-6 oz solids. At lunch and dinner he is also offered fruit or yoghurt for dessert and will most often down 4 oz of that too.
