Does anyone have any good recipes for freezable meals that I can make for my 10-month-old? I have loads of frozen purees and portions of plain pasta and rice, then just mix them all together and add some cheese. but are there any good ideas for fully prepared meals?
Any thoughts would be most welcome!

Hello? Anyone?

I have frozen spaghetti bolognese, and cottage pie with peas-but apart from that everything else is just veg, potatoes and meat purees, and fruit!
Sorry I can't really help! :)

Thanks! I just wasnt really sure how well pre-made meals would thaw out. Had thought of making a pasta meal, but was scared to, in case it was just all mushy when it thawed out. Thanks for the info x

In my freezer I have / had
Fish pie in cheesy sauce
Fish cooked in tomatoes / onion
Chicken cooked in stock with courgette / grapes
home-made chicken 'nuggets
spaghetti bolognaise (made with steak mince / pork mince / lamb mince - take your pick). Just need to cook pasta
Chicken casserole
Beef slow-cooked cooked with potato and carrots
Tomato based vegetable sauce with aubergine
Homemade salmon / tuna fish cakes
Chicken curry (mild)
I freeze in freezer-proof ramekins nowadays, but used to have small pots left from baby-food purees that freeze well.
This means that I hardly 'cook' from scratch just for Matthew.
I make sure that if I am cooking something that freezes well, I take out a portion for him and then serve us. Any other left overs are either for the next day for him and jsut go in the fridge or another portion for the freezer.

wow, what great suggestions! Thanks so much. You know what it's like - you kind of get stuck in a bit of a rut, and cant come up with some new ideas.
I'D love to come to yours for dinner now!! ;)
