My Dd has a very serious feeding problem ( wont go in to see previous posts)
Any way she will only eat very small amounts of solids etc ...... what foods can i give her that are high in calories ? At present we use little fromage frais as they are 101 calories a pot but want to know what else is high in calories
Any ideas please
thanks

According to the Super Baby Food book that I have, if you want to choose unsaturated fats (which I think you do) that are high in calories the highest are:
Nuts
Seeds
Toasted Wheat Germ
Cheddar
Creamed Cottage Cheese
Swiss Cheese
Almond butter
there's lots more listed but these are the top ones....
Hope it helps!
