For fruits what about:
- blueberries (you can boil and puree or do finger food)
- apricots (get 1 lb dried apricots - unsulphured and boil in mixture of 1 cup white grape juice and 1 cup water for 15 minutes and then puree)
- melons - finger food or puree/mash a ripe cantelope, honeydew or watermelow
Veggies:
- beans (lentils and split peas are good) - cook and puree
- broccoli (and/or cauliflower) - wash and cut into small pieces, steam until tender and puree
- eggplant - wash and peel eggplant cut into 1 inch pieces and steam until tender and puree
Hope that helps!
