My lo is 11 1/2 weeks and in the past few days has significantly upped the amount of formula she takes at each feed. She was taking about 120-130 ml every four hours, except df, when she'd take about 100 ml. Recently, she is gulping down upwards of 170 to 190 ml. This seemed to happen over night and not gradually. I assume she's spurting. My question is this: can we expect her to stay at these amounts after the spurt is over or does she go back to where she was or somewhere in between?

In my experience DS has return to his form milk intake after the growth spurt. But, this may be different for other babies ???

My ds has also always returned to his original intake. Maybe even less for a day or two.

My DD would return to her normal intake, if anything she would increase just a little bit. Not a lot.
