How old is your little one? Do you feed single side or double side? How long does she feed for? Does she go longer ever, eg through the night or in the morning?

At 9 weeks 2-2.5 hours is a very common range. Sam often went only 2 hours or a  little bit more. Then gradually it stretched over time up to 3 hours but not until more like 3 months (or maybe nearer 4). He never got to 4 hours before solids. Your nights sound very good. I wasn't even close to a stretch of 11-6am!!! Fantastic.
When you say you are considering bottles I would be wary - forget all the health arguments for a moment I'm just thinking the hassle. It may be only another couple of weeks or a month before she starts to stretch longer but you could be stuck with sterilizing and preparing bottles for a year and potentially spend a LOT of money on formula.

Sorry one more thing - when you say 2 hours 'between feeds' are you counting from the beginning of one feed to the next? Sam was 2 - 2.5 hours from the beginning to the next beginning so less than 2 hours 'between' feeds.

I would suggest if you are really considering giving up phone a helpline and talk to someone qualified. They may suggest something that makes all the difference e.g using breast compression or switching to 2-sided which does help some people.

Just want to say that that is completely normal!  Actually, your little one is exceptional with a 5 or 6 hour stint at night!   :o  That's awesome!

Sounds like you are doing a great job.  Hang in there!

My ds was just starting to go longer than 2 hours between feeds at 8 weeks. And I was only getting 3 hour stretches at night!! A great resource for bf info is http://www.kellymom.com
Sounds like you're doing a great job  ;D

That sounds very normal! My DS ate every two hours until about 3 months or so, but he didn't have the long night stretch. I'm afraid if you start supplementing, it could mess up your supply. I know it seems hard right now, but looking back the time went by very quickly and I'm so happy that I kept breastfeeding. It's kept my DS so healthy and I like knowing it's made especially for him! Now he only BFs 3-4 times a day and it's so much easier now.
