Maybe we can start a Healthy recipe thread for our litte ones. This can be a resource thread for those of us looking for new healthy things to try with our children.
Please include the age group with your recipe. Let's try to include only healthy recipes as I think those may be harder to find on our own. So any and all are welcome!
I saw this on another forum:
Carrot and Spinach Puree (Toddler 1 yr +)
cooked Carrots
Frozen chopped spinach
cream cheese
1) mix the spinach and carrots together and mix with a food processor until pureed.
2) add cream cheese to make nice and creamy.

A great idea in essence but don't forget we have a special child board for recipes for baby food in the solid food forum.. where all healthy recipes are welcome for babies. Recipes for toddlers and children are also welcome in the recipe swap board!
Your puree recipe sounds yummy!
