My Charlie is 12 weeks old and for the past 2-3 weeks he has been feeding every 3 hours and during the night 3-4 hours. Over the past few days he has only gone 2 hours during the day and 1 1/2 - 2 hours during the night. We have heard of growth spurts around this time and we are not sure if this is part of it. Does anybody have advice with this problem.
Many Thanks

A growth spurt is very very possible. He's not actually growing at the moment incidentally but is 'preparing' your milk supply to meet his future needs. It's so so clever. He's building up your supply so when he does grow the right amount of milk will be there to meet him! Try not to think of it as a problem but the miracle of nature! (that might not help when you're exhausted!!)
They commonly last around 3 days (rarely more than 5). I know it seems very tough now but it will be worth it afterwards. It is also often followed by a developmental advance if not actual physical growth (but usually that too).
If he's still going after a couple more days, come back to us.
Take it slow. Try and get help during the day if you can. Look after yourself and drink plenty.
