Title: amount of milk different at different intervals?

I'm currently working on moving from a 3 hour easy to a 4 hour easy.  He is breastfed.  Will my son get more milk at a 4 hour interval than he would at a 3 hour interval?

Yes, he will take more milk less often.  I would make the transistion slowly and keep in mind that not all babies successfully make it to a 4 hr EASY.  Listen to his cues
