Title: browsing "back" to a page I never visited - bookpirate?

While I am browsing on the site, my browser keeps going to this http://www.bookpirate.co.uk site.  I haven't clicked on anything.  In fact, it did it just now while I'm typing this post.  Then when I use the browser's "back" button, it tries to take me to that site.  Is this some advertising thing, or spyware, or what?  Insights, please?

Everyones is doing it at present.. think its something to do with the server.. maybe andy can tell us why its happening xxx

Hi,
It was me, I needed about 5000 links pressing to update an online database and rather than clicking them all myself (waiting for the update for each one - about 15 seconds) I included a random one for each page view.

The work is done now so thanks for your time!

BTW, Andy, congrats on your new ticker!  ;D  I just noticed.  :-[
