Title: Problems uploading pics

I deleted my lo's picture in order to upload a new one - however, when i tried it wouldn't let me - something about the avatar being too big or not an avatar at all ????????  I have adjusted the picture so that it is really small, but still no luck - now i can't even upload the OLD pic?   !!!  HELP !!!  ;)

Sharon e mail the picture and I will sort it out for you so that you will be able to use it as avatar.
