Title: ARG... Can someone please help me??

Hope i'm posting this in the right place.

I've posted about this before......How do i change the time at the top of my screen????  I just can't figure it out.

You go into  your profile then look and layout preferences and pick the offset time.  Like I am in mountain time zone for canada so I am -7 hours.
