Title: Banner advertising?

Hey,
I sent an email last week re: banner advertising for a client of mine, and never heard back. Can anyone help with this? With whom should I communicate re: rates, specs, etc.
I'm also interested in geo-targeting, if it's available.

At the top of the site there's an 'advertise' button with information advertising.  Here's the link too:
