Hello,
Need some feedback, or just someone to tell me this is OK, My one year old keeps waking up ever 2 hours he eats well, only naps twice a day, doesn't wake for feeding, he goes to bed at 9 pm regular no problems, he just wakes up ever 2 hours, happy and laughing want to play, sounds cute, but at 11 am, 2am, 5am, finally he wakes again at 7 am and won't sleep again them until 1 pm, its not so cute. is this normal, should i just deal with it or am i doing something to enforce this behaviour?
any advice would be grateful, except the kind that tells me to let him cry....we tried that and he screamed until he was sick for nearly and hour.

I'm sure they'll move this over to the toddler board for you, but in the mean time, what do you do for him when he wakes at night? Does he put himself to sleep for naps or does he have a prop (rocking, nursing, bottle, etc.)? What is his daily routine? How long does he nap? 9pm sounds like a very late bedtime...might he be overtired?
If you can answer some of these questions maybe we can help you figure things out.
