Title: What is showing appreciation?

Just wondering if you computer wizards can tell me what "showing appreciation" is on our individal profile as I don't seem to be showing any!!!!  Also, there's feedback on the profile which I'm none the wiser about either!!

Hi Erin, showing appreciation is when people click on the thank you next to your name to literally "thank you". Feedback is where you can leave nice messages for people who have particularly helped you, you can then see what they have said by clicking on it in your profile. I have just gave you feedback so click on the number 1 by your name and you will see xx
