Title: where has the chat room gon?

you know from the wee bar at the top,, beside logout,,

can i add that i dont have any smily's,,unless im editing

my guess is that the chat room has been removed since it wasn't really working duirng the glitch anyhow.  maybe it's being worked on?  don't know. 

i don't think smileys are available from the quick reply box.  they weren't normally - were they there before the crash?

yep,, they were for me anyway,,

you can get into the chatroom from the main board gage,, you know the one with the pic of tracy

yeh its not 100%though. no rooms and you are in there as a guest.

The Chat button was automatically removed as part of the software update, and will likely stay removed until Andy is able to patch the module back in.  I have added a permanent General Chat room back to the chat :)

It should be the room you enter by default.

 Hi Gareth,

Do I have to down load 'Flash Chat' (whatever that is!)?
When I click on chat, there are no rooms shown - the bar at the top that used to show 'General Chat' and 'Baby Talk' are no longer there!
I am always the ONLY person shown!! Maybe I smell - do I?!!

Sorry Gareth - I can just imagine you raising your eyebrows!! I'm really thick when it comes to puters!

Yes, I do get that image - but without the red border, but I'm assuming you put that on to highlight the box? ::)
However, whenever I enter the chat room - there is never anybody 'chatting' - I suppose this is possible??

Lis, often there is no one there.  UK and OZ have scheduled chats.  What happened to the US one ladies?  All you need to do is post in the Lounge that you are there.  Someone usually pops in then.  :)
