A friend told me about the baby whisperer book on sleep and althought I was a no cry sleep method person of 3 months we gave it a shot and tonight after only 20 minutes he went to sleep and stayed down for 4 hours! ( new record 2 was our old one... :-[ ) So after 9 months of no sleep I cried with joy when he slept 4 hours the very first night. Thank you, for giving me hope.

And although you may have your ups and downs many many BW mommies here will tell you that consistency and following Tracy's methods really pay off. Hope to see you around the boards xxx
