Title: Can't get my PMs

I just got notification that I had a PM.  I clicked on it and it was a blank white screen.  I can't open my Pms.  Any ideas?

A lot of members are having the same problem .Can you try opening them with a different browser ? Do you still have Andy's mass PM about donations ? it seems this is what's causing a lot of people problems so if you can use a different browser and delete this PM it should help .The other thing to try is deleting cookies/temp files and cache and then refreshing .

I tried opening it with a new page and I can't.  I am trying to figure out how to delete cookies.  I probably do still have the mass email.

You need to try open the site with a different browser ? Most have had success with internet explorer . If you go to control panel and then internet options that's where you delete cookies e.t.c

What is a different browser mean?  Sorry I am not computer literate!  I did delete my cookies and stuff and still it doesn't work :(

Are you using firefox ,aol ,internet explorer or any other to browse the internet ?

Ok I was using internet explorer but I just changed it to Safari and it didn't work still :(

Don't need your password, I can go in and delete the message if necessary but your password will be changed and you will need to change it to something you prefer.  If you would like me to do this please be sure that your email is up to date as I will need to email you a new password.

An alternative method would require that all your messages be lost, but doesn't require me to enter your account.  Please let me know which method you would prefer and I will do my best to resolve it :)

I am having the same problem.  Can you do that for me?  I still have Andy's introductory message too and every time I click on my messages (even in internet explorer)  The page freezes and I have to end the program.

My e-mail address is current.
