Title: Can't access PMs

Hi - every time I try and access my PMs it just takes me to a blank page. I've tried deleting cookies etc as suggested in other posts but to no avail. I've never deleted the mass email so that could be causing it. Can someone help?

Can you try using a different browser to access your pm's so you can delete the mass PM ? Have you tried IE ?

I am having the same problem - it brings me to a blank page.  I am using IE... how do I access my PM's?

I'm still having the same problem.  I get a pm notification emailed to me so I can read them and respond that way.  Though, when I go to send the pm I get a blank page so I'm never "sure" it goes through but apparently they do. 

I've tried IE and Mozilla.  I don't pm that often so it's not much of an issue usually. 

If you figure something out let me know.  :)

Lippy Chick happened upon a solution as detailed in this thread:

Solved the problem of not accessing PMs

It does require the deletion of PM's in your PM box.  When using the Prune option you should be able to prune messages that are of a certain age, using the default 14 days should be sufficient.  There is one particular mass-mailing PM that has caused the issue that you are seeing, and that was sent a good few months ago, so purging messages over 14 days old should certainly clear it.
