Hello. I put up a posting about Neocate as Iv'e just started my LO on that for his eczema, so far so good. But am also wanting to find out a bit more about NZ Nanny Goats Milk, called Nanny Care Infant milk.
has anyone any experience with it, anyone used it?

Is it a formula? I know I tried my son on regular goat's milk first at 9 months, but it made no difference. The goat milk protein is very similar to the cow's milk and soy. So if you LO cannot tolerate the cow's milk protein and/or soy, he most likely won't be able to tolerate the goat's milk protein. However, some are able to tolerate it over the cow's dairy.

I know you are in NZ, but I looked into the infant goat formula and it can't be sold in the UK (and I think Europe) as it isn't nutritionally complete enough like cows milk formula. Also as pp said the protiens are very similar to cows milk so there would most probably still be an issue with it. I know a friend drinks only goats milk and started as a child for her eczema, it is supposed to be easier to digest.

Yes, its a formula. I'm in the UK and I spotted they sold it at the local health food shop. I phoned the company that makes it and they said it can't be promoted in the UK because of EU legislation but it is regularly used for babies outside of the UK.

It was advised that I tried James with it at one point by a cranial osteopath that we had him to. We did not try it as I explained that James was on neocate which was prescribed by his paediatrician. I remember her not being very happy that I refused to try it and we did not return. We have tried goats milk yogurt since and James reacted badly to it, possibly even worse than cows milk yogurt.
