Title: Question about posts w/multiple pages

When I'd like to read thru a post with many pages, why is it that some threads have the option to see "all" pages at once, while other threads you can only click on one page at a time?
Some will say pg1, pg2, ALL
others just say 1,2,3,4,etc...

i think it depends on just how many pages there are. so if there is a lot it will say the first optin,if not a lot it will give you all the pages.  not sure though?

I thought that too...but then when I look around, I noticed a post (ennypens) where there are over 10 pages, and you only have the option to click on one at a time. 
I love the "all" option, so I can read thru a whole thread quicker!!

The ALL option only works up until the thread reaches 4 pages. After that there is just too much to display at once so it switches to individual page view only  :-*
