I tried changing my profile pic - I browse, then click on the photo .. then go to update profile - other everything else gets updated, but there is no photo showing.  When I previously added a photo it took a while and I can't remember what I did to get it to work .. please help!!  ??? ???

hi ftm! I had that problem too...I tried three times by either going back and clicking update or I completed the profile again. It works..you just have to try it a few times...

hey ftm..I tried posting a different photo to my profile and it didn't work..I tried another one and it did..did you try playing around with different photos?
 oooor contact admin and see if they can help lol

You need to format your photo to be no bigger than 165X165...

I saw there is someone who posted details of max size, etc so I reduced it to the correct size (forgot last profile pic was taken off friend's website) .. but still didn't work.  Have emailed it to her to see if she can do it ... fingers crossed.  At least last time I tried to upload it told me that the file was either too large or the website had timed out, so porgress there!!!

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!! Finally managed it!  Wasn't the picture I had been trying to add but I go so fed up with trying to fix it I decided to start again!!!  Other pic was him in sunglasses and hat which I will add at a later date, if I can face it!!!
