Title: 11 month old started screaming when put down to sleep!

Hello

I'm desperate for some help with my 11 month old. For about three weeks now when ever I put her down to sleep she screams when put into her cot then really goes for it as I walk out and continues for about 5 mins then eventually falls to sleep. She was previous to this good as gold and I'm not sure what has changed or how to fix it. Greatful for any help.

maybe she needs a bump up in A time

can you post your routine?

Bed-7-7.30

today I compleatly followed her and she did have a slightly longer morning A time but still cried and she is currently crying in her cot now as I have had to put her down because otherwise it's getting too close to her bed time , she has been up for 4 hrs and was showing no signs of being tired.

I think your lo needs more A time. At that age, my lo was doing around 4hrs of A time. For us, bedtime/nap resistence was always UT. 

I would try to increase her first A by 15min and see if that helps.

i agree, needs more A time.

try 3 hours 45 min and then in a few days add another 15 min so you're at 4 hours which is better for her age.  you  can cut the first nap short so she takes another nap as when they get into 4 hours of A time it gets hard to have all that A time and nap  times in a day iykwim.

I have tried increasing A time but she is still crying lots when i leave the room. Best to just keep on as im doing? X

what's your routine now?  winddown? post times that you try to get her down and actual sleep times.  what are you doing when she's crying?
