Title: No PM's

I haven't been able to access my PM's in AGES.  I've used different browsers and it doesn't seem to help.  The popup window will come up when I get a new message, but when I click on it, I get a blank page.  I get the EMAIL that has the message in it, but right now I don't have access to my old emails and I also don't want to have to delete all of my old messages.  Any help?!?!

At this time, there's no other way except to prune your old messages.  You can choose how many days old the messages need to be.

Janelle, if you didn't prune your messages already, try entering into your PM's again.  I've run a little experiment.
