can your lo have an allergy to cheese but not milk, butter or yogurts.
I have been making homecooked meals again and when i did it before i suspected an intolerance to maybe dairy as his poos where abit mucous (excuse spelling) but then he was okay with formula milk, normal milk and yogurts so i suspected cheese.
He has had cheese again for the 1st time in awhile and his poos today have been mucous and just wonder can you just have an intolerance to cheese and no other dairy product? ???

yes you can have a sensitivity to cheese by itself....

thanks for reply :)
how could i get my lo tested for it? im waiting on a dietician's appointment for him, could they help with this?

It would be rare to have a sensitivity to cheese, but not milk/yogurt. Maybe a certain type of cheese?
Your dietician will not be able to confirm whether or not it's a true allergy/intolerance. Your best bet is to remove it completely, give it a few weeks, and if you see an improvement reintroduce in a few months.

i agree, if it seems like its just one thing, then just remove it from baby's diet and see how you go.
