Title: UK - dairy/soy free multi-vitamin?

I thought I saw a thread on this but can't find it..  just realized my vitamins have soya in them. TIA.

Oops. It must be the lack of sleep talking  ;)  I am probably thinking of something else that I was reading.

Just wanted any recommendations on alternatives that would be good while breastfeeding.  I was using pregnacare but it has soy in it and Ive been working to cut that out of my diet due to suspected MPSI for DD.  NOt sure if there is enough soy in there to make a difference but if there was an alternative, I think i'd like to have peace of mind.
