Right we are putting Alyssa on Neocate completely for 4 days.... the increase in neocate will cause a slight reaction it always has at each increase...
Since I will not be breast feeding fo for days... do you think I would be okay to have a little dairy treat? although in 4 days time there will still be a small amount in there she will still be getting used to Neocate full time so will have all the issues my milk would cause? and there is the chance we might not be going back to breast feeding at all

Will you be expressing in those 4 days to keep your milk up? If so it would be a shame to throw it??
-
I will be expessing but its easier to pump and dump the sterilise extra bottles for storage and i only have 1 storage lid
if we do get to go back it will be alternating breat and neoate anyway

Hmmm - it always took Megan about 3-4 days to clear a reaction after a slip up :-\

Well after giving her, what might be her final ever breast feed i felt rotten so I had a curry and it wasnt nice tasted kinda soury
She usually reats to dairy straight away (either that night or next day) so tuesday if she hasnt gained weight she will have 2 feeds tuesday and most of wednesday she will have bottles too while we are out
So she should be okay though Im probably kidding myself that we will be allowed to go back to breastfeeding
