Does anyone have a gluten free bread recipe that doesnt contain egg or milk (though i could substitute milk for neocate, and i eggs with flaxseeds but it would be easier) for a bread maker please

I've tried this one, but without the bread machine...it didn't rise properly, but Spencer loved it anyways. I have a feeling it would be better from a bread machine, really need to get one!

I'm at work now, but I'll write back when I'm home. I mix a few different types of flour instead of buying gluten free. I find that the store bought gluten free ends up being like sand in your mouth. I keep that flour mix for other things like pancakes, muffins, etc. It's great to have ready.

To make your own gf flour mix:
700grams: amaranth, brown rice flour, buckwheat, corn flour, millet, oat, quinoa or sorghurn.
300grams: arrowroot, cornstarch, potato starch, tapioca flour or white rice flour.
I use a bit of each different type, keep it together in the kitchen as a basis for baking gf.
