Title: my lo being a little sick every day

My LO will be two at the end of May. He has been on cow's milk from the age of one. He has always seemed to tolerate milk well. However the last two months I have notice he has been a little sick sometimes in the morning and after he has gone to bed.

He did have a virus about two weeks ago where he was very unwell however that has passed, although he still is being a little sick as he was before in the morning and evening, he now even says sick!

He doesnt have any other symptoms and is very happy in himself. Could this suggest a possible milk allergy?

Any advice appreciated

Hi, I am not sure TBH. All I can say is that if it were me I would go and see my GP. HUGS
