Title: diaper rash that wont go away

is this a sign of allergies?  it started after she had a few corn items and it is finally going away about a week after we stopped them.

I'm not an expert on allergies, only that my son has a mild cow's milk intolerance and milk gives him an awful nappy rash. As soon as I stopped the milk it cleared up. So, yes, I think you'd be right to assume it was related to an allergy.
