Here is the Neocate cookbook
http://www.neocate.com/images/uploads/Files/313/Food_allergy_cookbook-1243.pdf

With freezing, I know with Nutramigen it was okay to freeze meals that had been made with Nutramigen mixed in - I used to make pancakes with Nutramigen as part of the liquid for DS and freeze them - but I never made anything really liquidy.   Not sure how much Neocate would differ - you can always ring them directly, I've called them before (Neocate that is) and they are very helpful.

You can freeze neocate but this can alter the nutritional value.

SHS indicates that freezing or heating/cooking neocate may diminish the nutritional value of it, so it should not be counted as part of the daily intake.
