Is soybean oil okay for MSPI?  I didn't see it on the list of ingrediants to avoid...

Following along.

We've overall avoided it, but my DH said he read an article somewhere that said some with soy allergies can tolerate it???

Yeah, I've read that soy oil and soy lethicin don't have actual protein in them so most people with intolerances/allergies can tolerate them...of course there are always exceptions to the rule!

I've read this too.  If I were in the early stages of an elimination diet and trying to be really thorough, I might cut them out, but I'd only do it for 2-4 weeks and then try to reintroduce them as it's really likely they are okay.
