Title: Activity hour/ hour and a half for 3 month old?

I'm a bit confused about activity time and scared off over stimulating LO. Can you post how you fill this time from start to finish please to give me ideas?

I used to put some classical music for him, give one(!) stuffed toy, lye next to him and smile - not much really was going on at that stage. Everything would stop 15min before nap is due, ad some babies need even longer than these 15min.
