Title: teeth brushing going well, just need some help

So DD is pretty good at letting me brush her teeth but I have been trying to get her to spit and rinse and this is not happening despite my efforts.  So I was hoping someone would read this and give me some great ideas for accomplishing these two details.  Does anyone know of videos or books that emphasize rinsing and spitting or just the basics of teeth brushing?  DD is very encouraged or picks up really well on details from books and videos and we've been able to potty train, move to a BGB, move across the country fairly easily, I am convinced because of great books and movies.

We used to practice in the bathtub... that way there was no mess ;)
