Hi There,
I remember reading in somewhere about the activity time period for baby from 3 months to 1 year old before when I had my 2nd child. Can someone please guide me where can I find them cos I need the information for my 3rd child who is 3 months old now. Her activity time (including feeding/BF) is about 1 hour and 30mins each time. She takes 3 naps per day for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
Thanks for the kind information. Cheers

And for the record, she's pretty spot on with her A times :)

Dear Sara,
Thank you very much for the information. It's been a great guide on how to increase the A time for my baby.
Cheers!

Pray, do share how you get her to nap 2 - 2.5 hours? Mine naps erratically from 30 minutes to 45 to 1 hour and sometimes yes 2.5 hours even though I put him down when I see he's tired.

Any nap that is ~1.5h long is considered good enough :) My son never slept longer than that until he was on 1 nap/day at 13 months.
If you're looking for more advice re: naps, feel free to post on the Naps board: http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?board=30.0

babycrasher,
My 2nd girl was having bad naps in the past too. I was shocked when I saw her records on her naps and bedtime. It really scared me and my husband. My 3rd girl was an angel. All our 3 kids sleep in a auto rocking device called sarong (in Singapore and most Asian countries). I also turn on a lullaby for them during naps. There are times when my 3rd girl wake up crying after 45mins of naps, but after I replug her pacifier back, and pat her bottom, she went back to sleep again.
All the best!
