Title: Signs it's time to increase nipple size?

What are they again? I find lately DS takes a long time to drink 2-3 oz, then he seems to get fed up and not want to feed anymore, and I was wondering if it was time to increase nipple size? He'll be 3 months tomorrow, and we're using Dr. Brown's bottles with level 2 nipple.

Either that or it's the reflux causing issues, but I'm not too sure... he doesn't seem to be in that much pain...

I think the only way to know is to try really - see how he does with the no 3 teat. My two were on really fast flow teats a lot quicker than the packaging said!
