Hi all,
I'm just wondering what you do when your baby vomits a whole feed up. My LO is coming up 4 months old and is bottle fed. This morning he vomited a whole feed up about 2 minutes after I gave it to him. Do I feed him again or leave it? Not just spilling, fully vomited.
Thanks in advance ladies :-)

Have no real experience with bottle feeding. My kids are EBF. But I would suggest waiting a little until your LO shows signs of hunger again.
Does he vomit a lot?

Does this happen often or was it a rare, one time thing?
If it is common, does it smell acidic? More than you would expect?
How often is he feeding and how much each time? Do you burp partway through the feed? What size teat are you using?

Nope it's a once in a while thing. Was just unsure whether to fill him back up after or not. Yep, burp twice during and once after a feed. Using size 2 teats on Avent bottles. Thanks for the advice ladies :-)

If it's just a once in a while thing, it could just be that for whatever reason, he had a big pocket of air under the feed and the burp brought a few friends ;)
I would just wait until he asks to be fed again :)
