Hello,
My spirited little Miss who is 9 months old is constantly doing something she shouldn't. Trying to stand then hurting herself falling over, fiddling with the stereo system, blinds, etc etc. As I need to prepare food, go to the bathroom etc I am finding it hard to find a safe place for her. Do spirited babies do ok in a play pen? I can't believe how spiriteds are so full on. She never stops. Any tips on containing a spirited baby and preventing her hurting herself as she has no fear or sense!

baby proof!!!! I mean everything that she will see. Not sure a play pen will work for long but you could try. DD is 9 months and would not go for being in a play pen.

I agree with the need to baby proof everything. I have a spirited 9 1/2 month old who definetly wouldnt cope with a playpen. In our kitchen i have a drawer of kitchen 'stuff' such as stainless steel bowells, cups , egg rings, etc etc just for him. That ususally buys me enough time to get half the dinner done.
