How old is your son? How much formula is he having at 16.00? Does he have any formula at bedtime?
Depending on how old he is that may not be enough milk - let us have a bit more info and we can help!

He's almost 9MO.
120ml/4 oz.
He reffuses the dreamfeed.
Thank you!

I'd say no, he's not having enough then. The general recs are that babies need at least 20oz of formula/ breast milk up until they are 1, most babies are taking 24oz+ at this age.
Most formula fed babies drop to 3 bottles around 9/10 months, the most common feeding pattern is a wake up bottle (usually a full feed around 8/9oz at this age), another feed early afternoon before their nap and a bedtime feed. In your routine I would do a bottle about 14.00, then the home made soup and some fruit around 16.00 then a bottle just before he goes to bed. That would give him 3 good bottles a day.
At 5am is he still sleeping when you feed him or does he wake, have the milk and go back to sleep?

Understood! I'll try. But I have 1 question: If I do like you're saying, he's going to eat in the afternoon every 2/2:30h. Is that correct? Shouldn't he be at 4h EASY?
Thank you!
At 5am he's sleeping, but not quietly. It's like he's about to wake up.

It's not as staraight forward as a 4 hour EASY once they are on solids, the 4 hour part is about milk feeds, not food in general.
From about 9 months my DD's routine was like this
6.30 wake and bottle
7.30/8 breakfast (cereal/ toast etc)
Nap
11.30/12 solids lunch - carb/protien/ fruit/veg/ yoghurt (or some combination!), water to drink in a sippy
2pm bottle then nap
4.30/5 solids tea - like lunch
7pm bottle and bed
If he isn't awake and asking for a bottle at 5am I would let him sleep until he is ready to wake and start the day from there. Do you feed him then so he will sleep a bit later?

Ok. I'll try then.
Yeap, I offer him the bottle at 5am so he can stay sleeping until at least 7am :)

I can see why you are doing that, something to consider is though that you are teaching him to be hungry at that time if he is not waking himself for it and you may find it's a hard bottle to get rid of.
If he is getting enough calories in the day and he is napping well then he should sleep through until near 7 am.

Yeah, you're right. Since he's not drinking 7oz at 7:30 like he used to do I was considering to take away the 5am FF. Ok. I'll make the changes and I'll let you know. Thank you very much!

Let us know how it goes!
