My LO is 3 months old, so I know that I need to be transitioning her to a 4hr EASY. When do A times increase?
-
It depends on your LO really, & how well they are doing on their current schedule. My DD was always quite low on sleep needs so usually moved up the A time fairly quickly. I found that I could tell when she needed to add more A time when she started resisting naps & waking up earlier in the morning. Do you think your LO needs more A time? What does your EASY look like at the moment?
-
She gets up at different times, so here's today's EASY.
E 7:45
A 8:00
S 10:15
E 11:00
A 11:20
S 12:00
E 2:15
A 2:30
S 3:15 but she probably only slept 30 minutes.
E 4:35
I started back to work yesterday after being home with her for 3 mos so I'm guessing that's why she's all over the place today?!?!

Have you had a look at the FAQs for activity time including
http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=84884.0 about average A times for ages of LOs and
http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=63161.0 about whether or not your LO is ready to transition.
Am I right in reading your EASY that the first A time is 2.5 hours and the following two 2 hours each. That seems quite high for a 3 month old but your LO appears to be sleeping only for 45 minutes which would usually mean under tiredness. It is possible that it is developmental however & not related to UT at all. What do you think?
Has your baby always had high A times for her age?
-
Normally, she only has A times that range anywhere from 1 hr 10 mins to 1 hr 30 mins. Don't know why she was going so long yesterday.

How is it going?
Popping this over to the EASY forum.
