Title: showing appreciation

Hello!  I'm fairly new to the site, but I was wondering what/how the "showing appreciation" thing works.  How does one go about doing that?  This site has been amazing for me and my babe! Thanks so much! :)

When you're thankful for someone's advice/support, click their little "Thank You!" link under their name - their 'Showing Appreciation' number will increase by one. Other people can thank you too, when you give them great advice or a supportive hand to hold along the way :)
