Title: Yuku - changes to the forum site?

I just received an email to my spam box asking me to reset my password for a different BW website, and that the forum will be changed to a new IP address.  Is this accurate info or literally spam?

That would, indeed be the same email!  I haven't been on BW for a while, but thought it odd that there would be no announcement for this change  anywhere in the forum.  Very odd.  Anyhow, I know for a while there were a number of hacker issues.  I wonder if this is a related attack.  Hmmm.  ???

I just realized, that the email I received it to is NOT the same email I have registered here.  Sounds hacker-ish to me, but don't know how they got that email though.

I have one too - I wonder if it's from the temporary site we use when the main site crashes? Wasn't that called forumer?

Hi all,

This is legit.

This also has nothing to do with this forum :)

This is for the backup forum. It is on 'forumer.com' which is a free forum site. It's owning company has an 'old' forum (forumer.com) and a newer forum (Yuku). It seems like they are just migrating the old ones to the new ones.

Right now, I have ignored my request, but will give it a good look later today to advise what to do.
