Title: Activity time for a 6 month old?

My baby will be 6 months old on the 6th January & I was wondering what his activity time should be now? He currently goes 2 hours between waking & going back down for a nap. Though he was sleeping an hour half to 2 hours for naps but now is going only 45 minutes on most occasions. This could be though to the time difference, we have been in New Zealand for just over a week now, which is 13 hours ahead of the UK time.

He is likely in need of more A time and that's why his naps have shortened. My 6 month old is doing about 2 hrs 45 mins - 3 hrs.
