I'm posting this here in case anyone is looking, like I was, for ideas for making healthy eating fun for kids and not super hard for me! There is a site called weelicious with recipes and ideas for getting kids to like eating healthy, and not becoming picky eaters. She has some great ideas a well as a cookbook which has even more tips. She encourages getting kids involved from very young and teaching them to love fruits & veggies instead of having to sneak them into foods. The recipes are geared for families, with some classic recipes kids love like pizza pockets, popsicles, or granola bars. I thought I'd share because it has helped me a lot and the moms who are baby whisperer are likely to appreciate this type of a site. Someone passed it on to me, so I'll pass it along in case it can be helpful for someone else:) http://www.weelicious.com
