Title: Goats cheese??
Post by: Me.and.my.two.boys on July 10, 2013, 07:54:13 am
C is MPI (does ok on soy) and intolerant to wheat. I haven't had an thing other than coconut/almond milk and occasionally a soya yoghurt. I'm not sure about trying goats cheese, I would LOVE to eat some cheese again but I've read the protien is similar size to cows milk and he might not be able to tolerate it?

I'd personally try it ;) in small amounts a bit of goats feta may be fine - and heaven for you!
