Hi ladies.
We've been told to eliminate tomatoes from the diet! So now I'm freaking out as pasta is big in our house as H won't eat potato in any form , so pasta has been our staple,
Anyone got any wonderful ideas please??

Pesto! Lots of different flavours there. Cream based vegetable sauce? Or just garlic and olive oil is nice too

Thanks but I stupidly forgot to say we are dairy and soy free too! Trying to find something that will work with meatballs! X

Lol, ok! Then garlic and olive oil is all I've got!

I wonder if you can make some stew like sauce with coconut milk (with mild spices to make some curry). I also make meatballs veggie soup and put pasta in. Even without the soup, the flavour is all absorbed. HTH

You can get dairy free pesto in Sainsburys
Use red peppers instead of toms. Like...

Prawns, chilli flakes, rocket - it is a Jamie Oliver recipe.

I make ours with baby carrots (canned) and pomegranate juice with spices... it is lovely and tastes just like tomato sauce
Look up Untomato Sauce (the pomegranate juice version, not the beets one)
