Do I need to wait one hour after bottle to give 8 month old solids?

No you can give solids when you want hun go by your LO if hungry feed, the only reason I would wait is if LO wasn't hungry enough x

Nope, there are no rules. My DS had reflux so I could never feed him solids too soon after a milk feed but that's a whole other story!

If LO is hungry then I would go ahead and feed them :)
