Post by: Annie/Calum/Tom on April 02, 2014, 10:44:51 am
I have just started weaning my ds and just wanted some advice on when i should give him food or bottle. We are on a 4hour routine beginning at 7am. Thanks

Hi, and welcome to the forum :)

You may find some useful information here

Routines for Solids and Bottles/BF's 6-12months

And here

Amount of Formula/Bottles/BFs when having Solids

The main thing to remember is that milk is still the most important nutritional source and solids are just for fun at this age. We recommend giving milk feeds first and solids about an hour later.
